Lucy Worsley is a historian, author and broadcaster, and is also joint Chief Curator at Historic Royal Palaces, specialising in the Tudors to the present day. A familiar face on British TV screens, she has presented a host of history programmes including Royal History’s Biggest Fibs, Blitz Spirit with Lucy Worsley, Suffragettes with Lucy Worsley and Victoria & Albert: The Royal Wedding. Her books include the non-fiction titles Queen Victoria: Daughter, Wife, Mother, Widow; Jane Austen at Home: A Biography; and The Courtiers: Splendor and Intrigue in the Georgian Court, and YA novel The Austen Girls. She has also worked as an inspector of ancient monuments and historic buildings for English Heritage.
