If you log into RadioTimes.com and go the "MYRADIOTIMES" section in the top right of the page, you can manage many elements of your subscription, including:

• Updating your address
• Updating your payment details
• Renewing your subscription
• Cancelling your subscription
• Scheduling a holiday pause

Missing an issue?

If your copy still hasn’t arrived after Friday morning’s post, the easiest way to request a replacement or a credit is to click on the Help button (instructions below) and complete the form. We’ll review it and arrange your replacement or credit as quickly as we can.

•  Please have your 10-digit subscriber number (starting with 40 or A-S) ready. You can find this on:
  • your welcome/renewal email or letter
  • above the address on your magazine envelope
