"Love is blind. Love is blind for me, I'll say it again. I have my person and my best friend," Tyler said when asked the all important question.

Ashley added: "I wouldn't have found a love like this if I didn't do this experiment and look at someone for who they are on the inside."

Brittany and Leo - Split

While Brittany and Leo weren't chosen to go to Mexico with the other engaged couples, they did attempt a relationship beyond pod walls but ultimately decided they were better off as friends.

"The chemistry just wasn't there," Brittany told People.

"We had a talk in the beginning about how this could work and then time went on during the trip and the chemistry just wasn't there and we mutually felt that. We're very good communicators, so it was not a big ordeal. It was a very clean, respectful realisation."

Marissa and Ramses - Split

Marissa and Ramses were one of the couples from season 7 that viewers found themselves rooting for, and they shocked everyone by calling off their wedding.

After speaking og their differences, Ramses noted that he didn't think "love alone is enough" and that "there needs to be other things that are also working".

Responding to his decision, Marissa said: "I don't think you should've come to this experience. How could I feel so sure? And you're not? It sucks, I want you to choose me. This is the worst day of my life."

Brittany and Kenneth were one of the first couples to get engaged on season 6 and the first to call off their engagement. Ahead of the weddings, the pair had a conversation about the lack of intimacy in their relationship.

At which point, Kenneth decided that it wasn't "enough" for them to get married.

"This is not going to work but I do want you to find the person who you're supposed to be with," he said before hugging a very emotional Brittany.

Jimmy and Chelsea - Called off wedding

It's not known if Jimmy and Chelsea decided to stay together after the show, but one things for sure, they didn't get married. In the finale episode, Jimmy called off their wedding, saying: "Every day you've done exactly what I'd want in a wife. I love you to death and I want a relationship with you and I want us to work so bad, but I don't want to go to the altar. I can't."

Despite also having a connection with Jessica, Jimmy decided to propose to Chelsea. Chelsea had been talking to Trevor as well and even bought him a bracelet, however, Jimmy got there first and she said "yes".

Things seemed to be going well outside the pods, even though Jimmy couldn't quite see the Megan Fox resemblance Chelsea had told him about in the pods.

However, things started to crumble when Jimmy met AD and commented on her physique. Back home in Charlotte, things only got worse after Jimmy was made aware of Jessica's social media account.

Currently, Chelsea and Jimmy follow each other on Instagram, although Jimmy has liked a lot more of Chelsea's photos. They're both also following Trever and Jess.

We'll keep you update right here once we know more.

Things were looking good for AD and Clay, however, on their wedding day, Clay decided not to go through with the marriage, admitting: "I don’t think it’s responsible for me to say 'I do'".

While Clay insisted that he still wants to date and do the "work" to make things work, AD didn't feel the same.

At the end of episode 12, she said: "I don't see myself continuing to date him... You don't want to pick me, somebody else will. I'm done! My heart is like completely broken."

AD had a connection with Matthew in the pods, however Matthew quit the experiment to be with Amanda.

She then continued exploring things with Clay and he eventually popped the question. Prior to this, Clay had asked for her to describe her physical features, but she declined, saying this defeated the entire purpose of the show.

Nevertheless, when they met things seemed to be going good and they made it home to Charlotte. Despite a few issues with their work schedules, things seems to be going well for the couple as of episode 10. AD's mother gave her approval of their relationship, so it looked like they would be going ahead with the wedding.

However, on the day, it looked like Clay's issues with marriage had got the better of him.

Laura and Jeramey - Split

Account director Laura, 34, and Jeramey, 32, got engaged in the pods.

Things seemed to go well in person, until Jeramey shared a private joke she'd told him about AD with all the guys. Laura wasn't happy with this and they had a bit of a disagreement.

Nevertheless, they managed to put things behind them, that is until Jeramey came home late one night and later revealed that he'd been with Sarah Ann – one of the girls he'd dated in the pods.

They officially called things off in episode 11, as Jeramey appeared to follow up with Sarah Ann...

Amy and Johnny - Married

E-commerce specialist Amy, 28, and Account executive Johnny, 28, were the first couple to get engaged in the pods. Despite not being each other's usual physical types, things continued to go from strength-to-strength outside the pods and when Johnny met Amy's father, he asked for his permission to marry her and her father said "yes".

And love was truly blind for these two as they both said "I do" at the altar. Congratulations!

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Lydia said she chose "the perfect person" for her and is proud for being able "to recognise where in the dating scene I was going wrong".

In the final episode, viewers saw Izzy and Stacy make it down the aisle but they soon turned back around separately after Stacey decided to say no at the altar.

Despite things being left on a sour note after the wedding, the pair did try to give things another shot, but it didn't end wll.

During the reunion special, the pair revealed they went on a first date and Stacy told Izzy she didn't want to continue their relationship as an engaged couple, so they ended things and didn't see each other for a year.

Johnie and Chris - Split

While Johnie and Chris seemed like a strong couple when viewers saw them last, the pair revealed they were no longer together during the reunion special.

After the party in Houston, Chris cheated on Johnie, something he felt "guilty" about after it happened.

During the reunion, Chris said: "It's terrible. I know I was wrong. I felt guilty and heartbroken and as many emotions as I could, because I did fall in love with you and I still care for you.

"It's a terrible, terrible thing to do, and probably one of my biggest regrets is not being forthcoming with you. I've apologised before and I continuously apologise."

At the time of writing, both Chris and Johnie are in different relationships.

JP and Taylor - Split

JP and Taylor on Love Is Blind
JP and Taylor. Netflix

JP and Taylor were one of the strongest couples in the pods, but that all changed after they came face-to-face with one another.

Once JP and Taylor went on their pre-wedding honeymoon, things became awkward, with JP hardly communicating with Taylor and giving no reason as to why.

Things soon became apparent when JP admitted he felt uncomfortable by the amount of make-up Taylor had on during their post-pod reveal. Taylor ultimately decided their relationship wasn't going to work out and chose to end things on their final day on their honeymoon.

Since the show aired, JP has doubled down on his comments, despite saying he didn't want to insult Taylor.

"In hindsight, what I said and the way I said it might not have conveyed what I was really feeling," he told Tudum.

He said: "She took it as an insult, but I was trying to be genuine and say, 'Hey, I think you look really pretty without make-up, and if you're trying to impress me, you don't really need the whole facade to make yourself look good for me.' But it didn't come off that way."

The firefighter still stands by his comments that Taylor's reveal caught him off guard.

"I was just kind of taken aback by all the make-up, eyelashes, and everything," he said, adding: "If it would've been a more natural look, it might've been less awkward."

Brett and Tiffany - Married

Our Lauren and Cameron of season 4, Brett and Tiffany's relationship got off to a beautiful start with the pair bonding from the get-go. Things only got better when they met in person and headed to Mexico.

The couple made it to their wedding day and, while Brett had a slight problem with his suit, a seamstress came to the rescue and they made it down the aisle. Unsurprisingly, the pair are still together, confirming this at the Love Is Blind reunion. Yay!

In After the Altar, Brett and Tiffany proved they were still going strong and even celebrated their one year wedding anniversary with Kwame and Chelsea. How wholesome.

Zack and Irina - Split

From the moment Zack and Irina saw each other in person, it's safe to say it wasn't love at first sight. Irina called him "creepy" and compared him to a cartoon character. Zack was a lot more complimentary to Irina, telling her that she resembles actress Megan Fox, but by then she'd fully gotten the ick, as she told Micah she couldn't stand when he hugged her.

The pair decided to call things off at the end of episode 5, with Irina revealing she's attracted to Paul and Zack admitting that he should have chosen Bliss instead.

Zack and Bliss - Married

As Love is Blind fans will know, Zack and Bliss became engaged after he called off his relationship with Irina and Bliss gave him a second chance.

While Bliss's family were hesitant over the relationship, the pair ultimately made it successfully through their nuptials and as for the Love Is Blind reunion, they're still together! In fact, Bliss even revealed that Zack and her dad are now "best buds".

The couple are still happily married and are expecting their first child together!

Paul and Micah - Split

While it was a bumpy road for Paul and Micah, it looked as though they were going to make it down the aisle – however, those who've seen the final episode will know that Paul ultimately left her at the altar.

Explaining that he couldn't see himself with her in the long run, Paul decided to break things off with Micah, leaving her heartbroken.

At the live reunion, he apologised for saying that he couldn't see Micah as a mother on the show, saying: "I think I phrased that really unfairly toward her. I think the better way to phrase that would be that I can't see us as parents."

Paul is now in a new relationship, and Micah seems to still be single. During After the Altar, it was revealed she was still in touch with Paul's mother and they were good friends.

Kwame and Chelsea - Married

Love Is Blind's Chelsea and Kwame

Despite getting to know both Micah and Chelsea, Kwame eventually popped the question to Chelsea. It comes after Micah told him that she just wanted to be friends so she could explore things further with Paul.

There was an instant connection when Kwame and Chelsea met, and it looked like all was going well between these two – that is until Micah rocked up and all the couples got to meet one another.

Kwame admitted to Marshall and Brett that he found Micah attractive, and he later flirted with her, both in the first batch of episodes and in the second batch. However, the couple did make it down the aisle on their wedding day and according to the Love Is Blind reunion, they are still together!

The couple revealed that they are still married and since the show was filmed, Chelsea has met Kwame's mother, who was against the wedding and didn't attend the nuptials. Kwame also apologised for the inappropriate conversations he had with Micah after leaving the pods.

Marshall and Jackie - Split

Love Is Blind's Jackie and Marshall

Despite a small wobble at the beginning as Josh was also interested in Jackie, things were going well for Marshall and Jackie. However, after the recent batch of episodes, the couple weren't in the best place, with the two rowing often and Josh trying to win her over.

In the last batch of season 4 episodes, we learnt that Jackie decided to call it quits on her relationship with Marshall ahead of their wedding and instead met up with Josh at a a coffee shop. At the Love is Blind reunion, she revealed that she's now in a relationship with Josh and that they live together.

"I broke up with Marshall before I met Josh at the coffee shop. It looks like I’m a cheater. I am not a cheater," she said.

Following Love Is Blind: After the Altar, Jackie revealed that she had Josh had split up after a year long relationship.

"It is what it is," the Love Is Blind cast member said during an Instagram live. She has since deleted majority photos of Josh from her Instagram page.

Josh is now engaged and it appears Jackie is single.

Alexa and Brennon - Married

Alexa and Brennon

Alexa and Brennon were one of the first couples to get engaged on Love Is Blind season 3, with the pair confessing their love for one another in the very first episode.

While some of the other couples seem to be experiencing a little bit of drama, the experiment was pretty smooth sailing for these two, so it came as no surprise when they both said "I do" at at the altar.

During the reunion show, the pair looked very loved up, as Brennon joked about how little closet space Alexa had allowed him in their two-bedroom apartment.

Since the show, things have only gone from strength to strength for Alexa and Brennon are now expecting their first child together!

The pair shared a video of themselves reading a newspaper from The Baby Times on Instagram with a headline that read: "Baby Lemieux coming 2024."

Cole and Zanab - Split

Cole and Zanab
Cole and Zanab. Netflix Netflix

Realtor Cole proposed to flight attendant Zanab in episode 2 of Love Is Blind season 3, after the 26-year-old admitted that he was falling in love – but are they still together?

Unfortunately not. During the weddings, Zanab chose not to commit to Cole, admitting that he'd affected her "self-esteem".

Things weren't any better at the reunion either, as she accused him of taking another woman's number at his bachelor party and claimed that he tried to control how much she was eating – something he denied.

Zanab has received some criticism since the reunion and shared an apology on her Instagram account, saying: "Cole, I fought for us until I couldn’t anymore. I know you know that. I know you know why I said what I said. I know you know what you did. It’s ok if you aren’t ready to talk about that yet. Zae."

Their split comes after the duo faced several issues on the show.

They both admitted to struggling with matching the person they spoke to in the pods to the physical person in front of them after meeting in person. And Cole also revealed that he finds Colleen attractive after meeting in episode 4.

During a pool party, he admitted: "Zanab is the girl I emotionally connect with, Colleen is the girl I physically connect with – where's the in-between?"

The pair had another argument just days before their wedding day, as Cole questioned if Zanab is "bipolar".

SK and Raven - Split

SK and Raven

Data engineer Sikiru – known as 'SK' – met pilates instructor Raven in the flesh after proposing to the 27-year-old in the booth during episode 2.

Despite a few differences, it looked like things could be on the up for SK and Raven.

During a pool party, Raven told SK that she is falling in love with him, and in another episode, she admitted that she can "feel sexual tension."

And as they got closer to their wedding day, it seemed promising that they were going to tie the knot. So, it came as a huge shock when SK uttered the words "I do not" at the altar, causing Raven to leave the wedding reception as she broke down in tears.

Even SK's mother couldn't believe what had happened, as she later visited Raven in her room and consoled her.

Speaking to his brother and friends after the wedding, SK explained that it just wasn't "the right time" for them, and that he felt they needed to be on the same page about other things in their relationship, such as him moving away for school.

Following the show, Raven and SK decided to give things another go, and on Love After The Altar, SK proposed to her again. The pair have since split.

"We are saddened to announce that we have decided to go our separate ways," Raven revealed in a statement on 20th November. "Due to on-going legal proceedings surrounding these allegations, we can not provide additional details and ask that you please respect our privacy during this hard time. Thank you for following our love story and believing in us."

While 31-year-old speech pathologist Nancy was proposed to by Andrew, she turned him down to be with 27-year-old senior analyst Bartise – with the two becoming engaged in season 3 of Love Is Blind.

There were a few issues along the way, with Bartise admitting that he found Raven attractive and that Nancy wasn't his "usual type" in episode 4. During the home visits, Nancy's brothers questioned Bartise about his interest in their sister and they weren't pleased with his "bland" answers. One of her brothers proceeded to ask Bar if he'd be interested in Nancy if she gained 400 pounds, and he said no – yikes.

By their wedding day, it seemed things could be going really well for Nancy and Bartise, as they both sent one another a gift ahead of the ceremony. But, will they said "I do?"

However, when it came to deciding whether to tie the knot or call it quits, Bartise chose not to take Nancy as his wife, causing her mum and younger brother to go ballistic.

While Nancy tried to hear Bartise out, she admitted that she felt "gaslighted" by him.

During the reunion, Nancy revealed that Bartise had spent time with a blonde woman just days after their wedding day, to which he responded to by saying that he didn't want to discuss his sex life with the rest of the cast.

It's probably safe to say these two won't be rekindling anything.

Since appearing on the chose, Bartise now has a child.

Colleen and Matt - Married

Matt and Colleen

Despite a few wobbles along the way, private charter sales executive Matt and ballet dancer and digital PR strategist Colleen got married at the end of season three.

And it seemed like things were going well as they talked about spending most of the week together as they tried to sort out their housing arrangements.

During season 3, the couple has a few issues. During a pool party, Cole revealed that Colleen is more physically his type than his partner Zanab during a pool party, and she admitted that she'd probably talk to him in the "real world." When Colleen later shared this to Matt, he got angry with how she'd responded and the pair ended up arguing.

The pair had a second argument, after Colleen went out clubbing instead of coming home to talk things out with Matt. During a conversation with Bartise, Matt could be heard saying: "There's no f**king way I can marry this woman."

Nevertheless, it looks like the pair have managed to put this behind them and are enjoying married life together.

Despite a few arguments, the pair managed to make it down the aisle, and got married on the final episode. The pair stayed together and at the reunion revealed that they were still together.

However, they've since split.

TMZ confirmed Danielle filed for a divorce from Nick in August 2022, a year after getting married on the show.

On the day of their wedding day, Shake told his friends, he still wasn't feeling a physical connection. However, it's Deepti who really surprised viewers when she refused to marry him at the altar. In front of their family and friends, she told Shake that she deserved someone who is sure about her, and we couldn't agree more.

Following the series, Deepti's brother hit out at Shake on Instagram, sharing a picture of his sister on her wedding day with the caption: "Now normally I don't get involved in drama but I’mma defend my sister here: 'Shake', bruh, you're a loser. You minimised my sister's life by making some awful and cringeworthy comments about her."

He added: "You made these statements knowing your own mom would one day watch it; my parents and my entire family had to sit through you talking behind my sister’s back about insecurities she fought her entire life."

Shaina said "yes" to Kyle, despite the pair having opposing views about religion. Following their engagement, Shaina confessed her love for Shayne in the pods, but he turned her down for Natalie. During the trip to Mexico, Shaina left early due to their differences, however, the pair met up back home and it looked like the wedding was back on.

Shayne and Natalie hit it off from the get-go, with him making her his girlfriend before finally popping the question. During the trip to Mexico, a lot of couples commented on their evident chemistry, however, by the end of the trip, things looked rocky as they noticed they have different styles of showing affection.

When they returned home, Shayne met Shaina for the first time, and Natalie couldn't keep her eyes of the two of them as they chatted and laughed away. The pair managed to move forward, however, and went on to meet one another's families. But, the night before their wedding day, they had a huge fight and Shayne told Natalie that he "hates" her.

At their wedding, Natalie cited this as the reason she couldn't marry him, resulting in a very furious Shayne.

Mallory and Salvador - Split

Mallory turned down a proposal from Jarrette to be with Salvador, however, when they met she couldn't quite put her finger on what was missing. And it looked like these two could be heading for a split once she met Jarrette in person and he pointed out that Sal hadn't picked out the right colour ring for her. Nevertheless they left Mexico in good spirits, and met one another's families.

While Sal's sisters were all for the relationship, Mallory's sister didn't think they could base a whole marriage off their brief encounter in the pods. The pair decided to go through with the wedding in spite of this, however, when it came down to the ultimate decision, Sal revealed that he needed more time. Mal understood where he was coming from, and Sal asked if they could go on some dates to get to know one another better.

However, it looked like things were completely over between these two at the reunion.

Since the show, Sal has got back out there in the dating world, saying: "I have been using everything I’ve learned from this experience and I’m focusing on my self-love, too. But I am talking to somebody."

As for Mallory, it's not clear whether she's in a relationship or not.

Jarrette and Iyanna - Split

Jarrette decided to propose to Iyanna, after he was turned down by Mallory. Despite feeling she might be his "second choice", Iyanna said yes, and the pair got on like a house on fire on the couples' trip to Mexico. Things only got better when they returned home and they met one another's families, with Jarrette's father asking if he could be the minister at their wedding ceremony, and Iyanna taking Jarette's sister along to her dress fitting.

The couple were one of the only two pairs to get married on season 2, and it looked promising for them as they talked about wanting to start a family following their nuptials.

However, in August 2022, they revealed that they were getting a divorce.

Sharing a joint statement, they said: "What's going on, family. After much thought, we're saddened to share that we have separated and will begin the process of divorcing.

"While we have love for each other, our lives are going in different directions, and that's okay. Coming to this decision was far from easy and we will always wish each other the absolute best.

They became the very first couple to put a ring on it, after hitting it off from the moment they laid eyes on the shiny blue wall between them. And viewers will be happy to hear that they're still together today!

Lauren and Cameron's feelings only grew stronger when they met face-to-face, with Lauren describing their bond as "super special" during their honeymoon in Mexico.

Despite a few concerns about being in an interracial relationship, they made it all the way to their wedding day.

Following the show, Lauren spoke to Elite Daily saying: "Oh My God. We're so happy. It's just, like, every day we learn more and more about each other, and we honestly fall more and more in love with each other." Then in a chat with LA Times Cameron revealed the room he set aside for Lauren's study could soon have another purpose – he hopes.

The couple celebrated their two-year anniversary on Love Is Blind After the Altar with a joint party with Amber and Barnett, and they've been speaking about starting a family.

They're not in a rush, but Lauren admitted they're going to start trying next year as she understands she's getting older.

In 2021, the couple published their first book together, titled Leap of Faith, and they closed on their new home – we love to see it!

While Mark Cuevas fell for Jessica Batten straight away, it was a different story for Jess, 34.

Regional manager Jessica had been getting to know Barnett at the same time, and she just couldn't seem to get over their initial connection.

Nevertheless, she said "yes" when Mark, 24, popped the question. But, it wasn't long before her doubts crept back in, with Jessica removing her engagement ring.

Although things didn't go well for the both of them, they seemed to be on good terms at the reunion.

Jessica and Mark are now married with their respective partners. Mark now has two children with his wife, Aubrey.

Damian and Giannina - Split

Love Is Blind's Damian and Giannina
Damian and Giannina. Netflix

One of the strongest couples at the start of the show, Damian Powers and Giannina Gibelli, actually proposed to each other at the same time.

Their relationship only got stronger when they met in person as well, with the couple managing to overcome a small hurdle after Giannina, 25, felt that Damian, 27, was shutting down a conversation and not opening up to her.

They even spoke about how to make things work back home, where Giannina owns her own business and Damian works as a general manager.

But despite their strong start, the couple appeared to crumble at the end, with Damian refusing to marry her as he felt she wasn't being consistent while he had been.

This led to a furious Giannina storming out of the wedding ceremony, as she gave Julia Robert's Runaway Bride a serious run for its money. The crew were left just as surprised by the turn of events as viewers were.

The pair rekindled things after the show and at the reunion show revealed they were dating.

However, last year the pair called it quits for good, and Damian brought Too Hot to Handle star Francesca Farago to the Love Is Blind: After The Altar party.

Damian appears to be single and Giannina is in a new relationship and recently announced that she is pregnant.

Kelly and Kenny - Jilted at the altar

Netflix
Kenny and Kelly. Netflix

The couple seemed to take a slightly more mature approach to their relationship, with the pair discussing how they planned to fit their relationship into their everyday lives from the get-go.

And this didn't exactly go down well with the other contestants, who singled them out as being the ones most likely to stay together.

Kelly and Kenny's proposal was particularly cute, with them each covering their eyes despite not actually being able to see one another.

"I love you today, and that love will remain, but I can't wait to learn to love you even more," Kenny, 27, told her at the time.

But by the time their wedding day arrived, it seemed they were just on two different pages, with Kelly deciding not to marry him despite loving him.

Kenny has since gotten married to his partner Alexandra Garrison and Kelly appears to be single and is focusing on her career. She has also launched her own podcast.

Matt (Barnett) and Amber - Married

Netflix
Barnett and Amber. Netflix

Matt Barnett was accused of being a player, after initially finding a connection with Lauren Chamblin aka LC, Amber, and Jessica.

Finally, the 27-year-old settled down with Amber, 26, who couldn't have been happier with his proposal.

Their relationship only went from strength-to-strength after they met in person, with the pair struggling to keep their hands off each other.

And despite a few wedding day jitters – mostly from Barnett, who couldn't be reached in the morning – the couple shocked fans as they became the first couple to make it down the aisle.

The pair are still very much together and celebrated their anniversary with a joint party with Lauren and Cameron.

On Love is Blind After the Altar, they spoke about potentially starting a family. Amber revealed she's been diagnosed with epilepsy which has created some worries for them in terms of having a baby, while Barnett told the boys they're "not actively not trying."

Amber did confess that at one point she was ready to call a divorce lawyer but stuck it out and the pair are still married.

Carlton and Diamond - Split

The first couple to call it quits, Carlton Morton and Diamond Jack walked away from the show before filming even finished. Things turned sour between them after Carlton put a ring on it and an emotional argument made them realise that they weren't right for each other.

Carlton felt that it was the right time to tell his fiancée that he'd previously dated people of "both genders", however, Diamond found this difficult to process and believed she should have been told earlier.

The couple's exchange got heated, and resulted in the pair deciding to end the experiment and leave the show as singles.

They managed to bury the hatchet at the reunion show, which showed Carlton offering a very cute, friendship proposal to Diamond.

Carlton didn't turn up to the Love Is Blind: After The Altar party, however, and in one scene, he went off on Lauren about how he'd been treated on the show.

Love Is Blind is available to stream on Netflix now. Sign up for Netflix from £4.99 a month. Netflix is also available on Sky Glass and Virgin Media Stream.
