FC 25 Pro Clubs changes explained and what we know
A new Virtual Pro era?
While Ultimate Team gets most of the limelight, there are a few other (slightly older) modes on EA Sports FC that also deserve our attention.
There's Career Mode, of course, but let's not forget Clubs mode.
Known as Pro Clubs in the previous FIFAs, it lets you create your own player and club, and it's a fan favourite.
There were some worrying rumours of late, but we're relieved to say that the mode will be returning for FC 25. But there will be a few changes.

Will FC 25 have Pro Clubs? Cancellation rumours explained
We'll start by flagging that these rumours were completely false. Clubs will return in EA FC 25.
Most of the noise was coming from videos on TikTok, with captions claiming that there'll be no more Clubs mode in EA FC 25.
The logic in these videos was usually that Clubs doesn't bring in the money like Ultimate Team does, so it was set to be cancelled. Or something like that.
Some TikTok videos claimed that the rumours stemmed from a fake EA X account, but we were unable to find this source (and we went deep down the rabbit hole).
Either way, none of them were true. Because the mode will return. But what will it be like?
What do we know about FC 25 Pro Clubs?
There will be quite a few changes to the Clubs mode, so we'll break it up into sections for you. And we'll start with one that affects the whole game.
Clubs Rush
Rush is a cool new five-by-five game that's also available on Career Mode, alongside others. Winning will earn you Rush Points, and eventually some nice goodies!

Clubhouse
Rather than a menu, in FC 25 you'll be treated to the visual delight of an actual clubhouse. Whenever you load up the mode, you'll be taken to the house itself, where your players will be chilling out.

Club Facilities
This one's exciting, especially for us nerdy RPG fans. Your club's manager can allocate budget to Facilities cards, each one boosting different things for the club. A weights room, for example, will boost your player's strength.
As the club's reputation grows, so does the budget!
Relegation will return
In response to popular demand, relegation will return in Clubs mode.
If you lose so many games, your next one might just be a relegation battle. If you lose it, you'll be sent down a division. We don't quite know why the fans wanted it back... adds a bit of danger, we suppose!
And that's all the changes we're aware of that are coming to Clubs mode. If EA announces anything else, we'll be sure to update this page!
