Jariwalla’s previous roles include Manendra Rasal in Netflix sci-fi series Sense8 and as local indian guide Vivek in film Million Dollar Arm with Jon Hamm. He also received an Indian National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance as Mahatma Gandhi in Gandhi, My Father.
Sagar Radia plays AJ Nair

Amit Mukerjee is Ruby Walker's father, who abandoned her mother in the UK and was estranged from his daughter – not even sending her birthday cards. He lives at the family tea plantation five hours' drive away from the clinic and first contacted Ruby when he saw her picture in the paper. At this point, he pretended to be her uncle and invited Ruby and Gabriel to visit the plantation and set up a mobile clinic, before finally revealing he was actually her uncle. Ruby was not best pleased.
