Meet the cast of Line of Duty series four
Vicky McClure, Martin Compston and Adrian Dunbar are joined by Thandie Newton and Jason Watkins for another thrilling series
Detective Constable Jamie Desford (played by Royce Pierreson)
Jamie Desford is a newcomer to AC-12 joining old hands Hastings, Arnott and Fleming. Let's hope he turns out to be more reliable than devious Dot Cottan.

Where have I seen Royce Pierreson before?
Anyone who saw BBC3's haunting drama Murdered by My Boyfriend will remember Royce Pierreson's face. In it, he gave a searing – and terrifying – performance as abusive boyfriend Reece opposite Georgina Campbell's tragic Ashley. Since then he's popped up in Death in Paradise and The Living and the Dead and was seen playing Michelle Keegan's loyal and lovely boyfriend in BBC1 drama Our Girl last year.
WPC Maneet Bindra (played by Maya Sondhi)
Maneet was a new recruit to the AC-12 team for series three and played a role in uncovering the web of lies spun by Dot Cottan. In many ways the unsung hero of the unit, she's back for another investigation into a potentially bent copper.
Why do I recognise Maya Sondhi?
As well as appearing in Line of Duty, Maya has played Shazia Khan in Adil Ray's BBC sitcom Citizen Khan and has had small roles in DCI Banks, Silent Witness and Family Affairs. She's also credited as a writer on Mount Pleasant, The Kumars and EastEnders.
