What did you think of the Jonathan Creek Christmas special Daemons' Roost?
The 90-minute special saw our floppy-haired hero confront a creepy horror film director - did you like it?
Jonathan Creek has returned!
After more than two years away from our TV screens, Alan Davies’ sleuth returned in 90-minute special Daemons' Roost, focused on veteran horror film director Nathan Clore.
Clore, of course, lived in the same house as 19th century sorcerer Jacob Surtees who would summon the powers of Hell to terrorise and subjugate his victims at his home… opening the way to a whole new modern-day mystery which was tonight rather neatly solved by Creek.
Davies may have dispensed with his duffel coat – but did he have the old Creek magic? Or was the plotting a bit, er, Creaky?
And what did you think of the rest of the cast – a rather impressive line-up including Warwick Davis, Ken Bones and Emun Elliott?
