2024 will see the popular ITV reality series take place once more in the Australian jungle.

Originally, the series was filmed in Queensland, northeastern Australia. However, for its second season in 2003, production moved to New South Wales.

The "jungle", as it is referred to on the show, is located in Springbrook National Park, near Murwillumbah and close to the Queensland border, and is in fact a 15,310-acre rainforest.

The camp, where the celebrities live, eat, and sleep when they're not taking on Bushtucker Trials and Dingo Dollar challenges is called Dungay Creek – and it's had a revamp this season.

Executive producer Olly Nash recently shared an insight into the revamped camp, which features a Leaders' Lodge equipped with a comfy bed, rocking chairs and rain shelter, telling The Mirror: "There is a new building that is called the Leaders Lodge that will have wonderfully comfy beds sheltered from the rain, nice plush pillows and big duvets, or doonas, as they call them, in Australia, which will keep them nice and snug and warm."

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! begins on Sunday 17th November at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
