Meet the cast of Netflix reality show Selling Sunset
The luxurious and always fashionable estate agents are back!
The agents of The Oppenheim Group are back for another dramatic season of Selling Sunset as Netflix welcomes its eighth season the streamer.
There was plenty of drama on season 7 of the reality show, from Marie-Lou Nurk taking issue with Jason Oppenheim's former flame, Chrishell Stause, and Nicola accusing Emma of being a 'social climber', to the huge rift between Bre Tiesi and Chelsea Lazkani.
But now, the stakes and heels are higher than ever as "intense professional and personal trials" lie ahead of the returning agents over in sunny Los Angeles, along with a brand new face over at The O Group!
So, ahead of the season 8 launch, read on for everything you need to know about the Selling Sunset cast, or check out our guides on how much the Selling Sunset agents make and whether Selling Sunset is real or scripted.

Age: 32
Instagram: @thealannagold
Net worth: Unknown
Alanna Gold is a 32-year-old real estate agent from Toronto and is the latest agent to join the Oppenheim Group, making her Selling Sunset debut in season 8.
Prior to working in luxury real estate, Alanna was studying to be a vet. In a new interview with People, Alanna explained: "I was going to university and I got discovered for modelling in the middle of it. I took the opportunity because I'm actually allergic to animals, so that was not a good path for me."
It was after she visited LA while modelling where she realised she "wanted to do something bigger" and during the COVID-19 pandemic she decided to make the move into real estate and worked towards getting her license.
Mary Bonnet
Age: 44
Instagram: @themarybonnet
Net worth: Estimated $1 million (£760,000)
Mary Bonnet (née Fitzgerald) played a big part in season 2 of Selling Sunset, with her wedding to fellow cast member Romain at a private LA estate a huge talking point. What's more, Mary got some business done on her wedding day – selling the venue on the very same day she tied the knot.
Mary also previously dated Jason Oppenheim – but the two remain on good terms. She was the former officer manager, but stepped down in season 7.
Speaking of season 8, Mary told Netflix it is "probably my most dramatic with other cast members".
"I wasn't nervous at all, but I hate confrontation and knew it was bound to happen at some point," she said. "I'm always hesitant to be around the drama, but I felt disrespected so was willing to address it head-on."
Emma Hernan
Age: 32
Instagram: @emmahernan
Net worth: Unknown
Emma Hernan is a "self-made multi-millionaire" and is a very successful real estate agent who joined The Oppenheim Group in 2018 and joined Selling Sunset in 2021 for season 4.
As well as this, she is a professional model and an entrepreneur running her own plant-based empanada business, Emma Leigh & Co.
Emma was encouraged from Brett and Jason Oppenheim to get a real estate license after they helped her find a house in 2017.
Chrishell Stause
Age: 43
Instagram: @chrishell.stause
Net worth: Approx $3-5 million (£2.3-3.8 million)
Chrishell, who joined Selling Sunset in season 1, is no stranger to the small screen, having previously acted in recurring roles on an array of US soaps including Days of Our Lives, The Young and The Restless, and All My Children.
She further entered the spotlight in 2017 when she married This Is Us star Justin Hartley, although unfortunately the marriage didn't work out - Chrishell's divorce and the aftermath were the focus of season 3, and she later went on to date none other than Jason Oppenheim, although they also went their separate ways in December 2021.
Chrishell is now married to rapper G Flip.
"I was definitely hesitant to dive back into the drama, but also happy to be back together and shake things up," Chrishell told Netflix's Tudum about season 8.
"I started this season in a good place with most of the agents, with always one exception, and the dynamics have certainly shifted. Pray for us."
Bre Tiesi
Age: 33
Instagram: @bre_tiesi
Net worth: Between $4 - $6 million
Bre Tiesi joined the show for season 6, and is one of the mothers of Nick Cannon's 12 children.
Her unconventional relationship caused issues with Chelsea Lazkani, but that didn't stop Bre getting to work, as she brought in high-earning clients, including rapper Saweetie.
After the season 7 finale, Bre's future with The 0 Group was left uncertain, with Jason telling Chrishell: "I just assumed that she would stay at the brokerage, but I really don't know."
Nicole Young
Age: 38
Instagram: @itsnicoleyoung
Net worth: $3 million (£2.45 million)
While one of the original staff members at the O Group, Nicole only joined the show for season 6 and made a splash when she did.
During the season, viewers saw her feud with fellow agent Chrishell Stause and it appears their drama spills into season 8.
Chelsea Lazkani
Age: 31
Instagram: @chelsealazkani
Net worth: $3 million (£2.6 million)
British-Nigerian estate agent Chelsea Lazkani joined the Selling Sunset line-up, being introduced as an associate at The Oppenheim Group in season 5.
Having studied Economics in the UK, Lazkani moved to Los Angeles in 2015 and started working as a real estate agent two years later.
She previously worked at Rodeo Reality Inc for three years before she joined The O Group in 2021 and became fast friends with Christine Quinn and Emma Hernan.
Amanza Smith
Age: 47
Instagram: @amanzasmith
Net worth: Estimated $1 million (£760,000)
Amanza, who joined Selling Sunset in its second season, appears to lead a busy life – as well as her role as an estate agent at the Oppenheim Group, she is CEO of AmanZa LLC – an interior design company.
She has also had a career as an NFL cheerleader and has worked as a model, while she has two children from her marriage to NFL player Ralph Smith.
Jason and Brett Oppenheim

Brett's Instagram: @brettoppenheim

In 2019, he was recognised by the Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends "Best Real Estate Agents in America" as the #1 Agent in the Hollywood Hills/Sunset Strip, #3 Agent in Los Angeles, and the #22 Agent in the United States. Not a bad record!
Jason's twin brother, Brett, is the vice-president of the Oppenheim Group and directly manages the team of estate agents that appear on the show. He has also worked as an attorney and a public speaker and, along with his brother, has previously appeared on Million Dollar Listing.
Former Selling Sunset cast members
Vanessa Villela
Age: 46
Instagram: @vannevillela
Net worth: Approx $5 million (£3.5 million)
Vanessa Villela is most notably known for her work in the entertainment industry, particularly for her work in a number of Mexican TV series such as El Señor de los Cielos. She since moved to Los Angeles and alongside acting also joined The Oppenheim Group as a real estate agent.
And if she wasn't busy enough, Vanessa also owns her own swimwear collection, Lascivious.
Vanessa left the show after her second season to move to the UK with her fiancee, Nick.
Christine Quinn
Age: 35
Instagram: @thechristinequinn
Net worth: Estimated $500,000 (£380,000)
Christine, who first appeared on Selling Sunset in season 1, has long held reality show ambitions – having previously claimed that she would love to be part of the cast for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In season 2 of the show she introduced her new fiancé, Christian Richard, and season 3 shows her wedding, which took place in 2019, and was "the craziest thing", according to Jason Oppenheim.
Christine left the the show at the end of season 5, but the door is open for her return should she want to.
In an interview with TMZ, Jason Oppenheim said that he has "nothing against her coming back", but it isn't his sole decision to make.
"I think everyone deserves a second chance," he said. "I think I would be onboard, but that would be a group decision. I would be for it if everyone else was. She's a dynamic woman."
Maya Vander
Age: 41
Instagram: @themayavander
Net worth: Estimated $1 million (£760,000)
Maya's work in the real estate world is not limited to her career at The Oppenheim Group - she spends half her time in Florida working for Douglas Elliman. Maya has two children, a boy and a girl, with her husband, and has become popular with Selling Sunset fans for her no-nonsense approach to her job.
The estate agent was one of the original cast members, but at the end of season 5, the agency held a going away party for Maya, as she planned on "slowing down" and staying in Miami to focus on her family and work over there.
Cassandra Dawn
Age: 34
Instagram: @cassandradawnxo
Net worth: $1.2 million (£981k)
While not a member at the Oppenheim Group just yet, Cassandra joined the Netflix show for season 7, making friends with Chelsea Lazkani.
She mentioned previously working with Bre, however, Bre didn't agree that they were "friends", as such.
Chelsea asked Jason to meet with Cassandra, with the possibility of her joining the O Group. Jason met with the 33-year-old, however, didn't make an official offer for her to join the firm. Cassandra did offer for them to co-list on a million-dollar home.
Cassandra has not rejoined the cast for Selling Sunset season 8.
Romain Bonnet
Age: 29
Instagram: @theromainbonnet
Net worth: Approx. $1 - 5 million (£760,000 - 3.8million)
Romain, who has appeared on Selling Sunset since season 1, met Mary just two days after arriving in LA from his native France, having been working as a pastry chef. As well as his role on Selling Sunset, he also works as a model - and charges for birthday message videos.
Netflix has not said if Romain will feature in season 8 of Selling Sunset.
Heather Rae El Moussa
Age: 36
Instagram: @heatherraeyoung
Net worth: Estimated $1 million (£760,000)
Selling Sunset is by no means Heather's first taste of the spotlight – she has appeared in a wealth of TV and film projects as an actor, while she also began a modelling career at the age of 18 and was previously a Playboy Playmate.
She also hosts a podcast and is in a relationship with Tarek El Moussa – who hosted another US reality series called Flip or Flop and who also appears on Selling Sunset. In October 2021, Heather and Tarek got married. They welcomed their first child, a boy named Tristan, in January 2023.
Heather made a brief appearance at the beginning of the last season of Selling Sunset and did not return as she was on maternity leave. However she revealed earlier this year she was not approached to appear in season 8.
Davina Potratz
Age: 45
Instagram: @davinapotratz
Net worth: Estimated $2 million (£1.6 million)
Davina spent the first season of Selling Sunset as a recurring cast member before being bumped up to the main cast.
She has previously dipped her toe in the reality TV waters – prior to joining the cast of Selling Sunset, she was seen on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing - in which she sold several opulent mansions.
Away from the show, Davina has worked as a model, while she is also a member of the Top Agent Network - a "network built exclusively for verified top agents". In season 3, Davina caused drama at Christine's wedding when she suggested there was "another side" to Chrishell and Justin's divorce and in season 4, we learned that she had left the Oppenheim Group to join a rival agency.
She later returned, but became a background character during season 6. Davina did not feature season 7 and is not set to return for season 8.
