Anneika Rose – Mary
Who does she play? Mary is a Teep, identified by the birthmark over one of her eyes. Rejected from society, she is a prostitute forced to use her telepathic abilities to dig out the depraved sexual desires of Normals. This takes its toll. One of her clients is Franklyn, a high-ranking official in the Free Union, who physically and emotionally brutalises her. She is Honor's friend.
Where have I seen her before? Anneika Rose played Farida in Line of Duty. She's also been in Ackley Bridge, Silent Witness, and Apple Tree Yard.
Paul Ritter – Franklyn
Who does he play? Franklyn is an important figure in the Free Union. But despite his position, he uses Teep sex workers to raid his sexually depraved mind – traumatising them and making powerful enemies.
Where have I seen him before? You may have seen Paul Ritter in Cold Feet, where he played Benjamin Stevens. He's also recently been in No Offence and NW, and he played Martin in Friday Night Dinner.
Richard McCabe – Dr Thaddeus Cutter
Who does he play? Dr Thaddeus Cutter is the Hood Maker himself. He believes in the sanctity of the human mind, free from intrusion by Teeps and the state.
Where have I seen him before? Richard McCabe has been all over TV. he is Mr Trencrom in Poldark, Justice Cunliffe in Harlots, and Frank Gresham Senior in Doctor Thorne; he played Nyberg in Wallander, and Winston Churchill in Peaky Blinders.
