Manchester United face a testing trip to the Romanian capital to take on FCSB on Thursday evening as they look to cement their place in the Europa League round of 16.
The Red Devils are unbeaten through seven games in the 2024/25 European campaign and know that a victory would guarantee them a top-eight finish, which means skipping the play-off round and heading straight to the last 16.
Though a draw could be enough, Ruben Amorim won't want his side to take any chances and will be keen to build further momentum as a victory in Bucharest would mean Man Utd have won three on the bounce for the first time in his tenure.
Winning away at FCSB is easier said than done, however. The Romanian side are unbeaten at Arena Națională in this season's Europa League and have lost just three of their last 22 home games at this stage of the competition.
The hosts are still chasing a top-eight finish in the Europa League themselves and are locked in a title race in the Romanian top flight, so they will fancy their chances of an upset in their first ever meeting with Man Utd.
