Tony Mowbray kicks off his second spell in charge of West Bromwich Albion with a trip to former club and play-off rivals Middlesbrough on Tuesday evening.

Mowbray, who guided the Baggies to the Championship title in 2008, will be hoping to steer the team back to winning ways after watching Saturday's 1-1 draw with Stoke City from the stands.

West Brom's new boss will have to make do without top scorer Josh Maja for a number of weeks, however, due to a leg injury.

Middlesbrough are one place behind West Brom, who occupy the final play-off spot, on goal difference, but Michael Carrick's side are also looking to bounce back after failing to claim maximum points from their last two games.

Boro failed to build on Emmanuel Latte Lath's first-half goal at Portsmouth on Saturday and were punished by Matt Ritchie's double after the break.
