The Abu Dhabi Open offers a terrific opportunity for the women's chasing pack to hunt down the frontrunners in the United Arab Emirates.
Top seed – and reigning champion – Elena Rybakina will be determined to repeat her feat from last year to avoid letting points slip out of her grasp.
Paula Badosa is the only other top-10 player in the competition, while Daria Kasatkina, Yulia Putintseva and Liudmila Samsonova are also in action.
British duo Emma Raducanu and Sonay Kartal have qualified for the event via a wildcard and a qualifying draw place respectively, though Katie Boulter withdrew prior to the competition.

The tournament starts on Monday 3rd February 2025 and runs until the final on Saturday 8th February 2025.
